Their daughter, Hailey Raza-Spearman, Vice President and Director of Strategic Development and Communications, represents the second generation of leadership, bringing energy and innovation to the business. Rounding out the leadership team are Casey Raza-Spearman, who manages day-to-day operations as Director of Operations, and Mark Raza, our trusted Lead HVAC Service & Installation Technician.
